Postage and packing is free on all inkjet cartridges within the UK, regardless of the order size. However there is a small charge for orders from southern Ireland.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. The vast majority of orders are despatched the same day, and most arrive the next working day. However, please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Returns Policy
Our seven-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within seven days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Ink and toner cartridges must have their tabs and seals unbroken to you to take full advantage of our returns policy.
